Very helpful, friendly staff. The room was also nice, although small. The beds were clean, comfy, and there were extra pillows. The blanket was a bit thin, but the room has a thermostat and at night it got quite hot The bathroom was clean, the towels too. The included breakfast was buffet style, with a lot of sweet options, not as many savory, so it was a miss for me but my partner enjoyed it (it did have salami and cheese). The coffee was amazing Overall, a wonderful stay at a fair price. If you want to walk to the city center, it's about a 30-40 min walk, so not that far. The neighborhood is nice, quite, and it has a supermarket and a bus station close (2 min) I am pleased, and if I come back to Milan I'm going to stay here again!

It's an old-hotel, but clean. The room was very nice with comfortable bed, TV, mini-bar, WIFI, fully equipped bathroom and I especially liked the balcony. It has everything that you need inside. The staff was great and welcoming. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets, M4 (metro) and a lot of bus/tram stations are close, so you can easily reach Duomo and etc. Everything is like it looks on the picture.

I have stayed in the hotel with my friends for 3 nights. The staff was very helpful - after a very long journey, we have found bottles of water in a small fridge. The weather was not nice - on the first day it was constantly raining. We were cold and asked the receptionist for hot water for the tea, what we have received without any problem. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful.

Staff is friendly and helpful, my room was small but cute, and had a large balcony as a bonus. The bathroom was recently renovated, everything else was just fine. The location of the hotel is very close to both the airport and the city center. You can go to the center in one go by bus number 54 from the vicinity of the hotel. Buying a daily 7.60 Euro ticket is valid for all other vehicles.The hotel was suitable for the price balance. Rooms were clean. The staff was attentive as needed. A small hotel.
